PowerPlay Video Games here in Memphis is hosting a Pokemon Black & White DS tournament!
I will be playing personally in this tournament, so I hope to see you there!

The rules:
-No 2 of the same species of Pokemon
-Must have at least 5 Pokemon on your team
-You may not have more than 1 Pokemon hold any specific item
Ex.( you can’t have Lillipup and Blitzle both hold an Oran berry, only 1 can)
-You may not use 1-hit K.O. moves.
-No ubers, all others are allowed.
-These will be single battles only.
-Best out of 3 for all matches.
-All battles are fought under the level 50 option.
-You must have your friendcode in the directory.
-To keep it interesting only Gen 5 Pokemon are allowed.

Play the “Befriend a Pokemon” to get one of EEVEE’s 7 evolve forms for your game when the Global Link opens.
Each of the EEVEElutions has a unique ability that can only be found in the dream world.
The way you decide on what EEVEElution you get is decided on how many of the colored power-ups you collect during the game.
You can only pick one, so keep playing until you get the one you want.
The Pokemon Global Link is a upcoming feature in the new Pokemon Black & White games, that was set for release for March 30th.
Due to the recent magnitude 9.0 earthquake in Japan, the release date has been pushed back with no set date.

“The Pokemon “Catch ‘Em All Classic” will be TheSpeedGamer’s 22nd marathon. We will be raising money for ALSA (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and will have a goal of $15,000. We’re dusting off our gameboys and untangling our link cables to play the original gameboy games. We will be streaming 2 games at a time along with video commentary. We strive to catch the original 251 Pokemon in under 72 hours while only allowing ourselves to play 2 games simultaneously. We will transfer all the Pokemon to one cart and auction it off to end the marathon. The event starts at 6 central and will be viewable from our website”, TheSpeedGamers.com
Last Saturday the band “The Presidents of the United States of America” played there new single “Can’t Stop (Catchin’ ‘Em All).” at the Pokemon Black & White release party in New York City.
